1. We inspect for tears, wholes, moth trails, existing color
   fading or bleeding.
2. The rug is placed face down on a special grid and a rug duster is guided over the back that beats the small particle soil out of the rug. We have gotten 2 lbs. out of a 5X8 rug.

3. We vacuum the front and back of the rug.

4. Next, we perform a color bleed test to determine the proper solution  to use in the cleaning process.
5. If the rug has pet odor or urine smells, we soak it overnight in a special solution guaranteed to remove the odor.
6. The rug is rinsed in a custom designed bath that allows complete submersion of the rug.

7. The final step in the cleaning process is drawing fresh water up through the back of the rug. This ensures the removal of all remaining soil and contaminates, leaving only clean fresh fibers.

8. The rug is moved over a grid where all excess moisture is vacuumed out.
9. Drying takes place on a custom made drying table that blows air up from the bottom. This table also allows some rugs to be blocked to help correct their shape if necessary.

10. The rug is placed on a hanging frame with air-movers speeding the drying process.

11. Specialized processes are used on the remaining stains.
12. The fringe is cleaned and combed.

13. Color repairs are performed.
14. The rugs get a final vacuuming.
15. The rug is wrapped in breathable craft paper if you will be
    storing it.
